Log in to your customer portal and select “Make a Payment” to submit a one-time payment. For added convenience, you can enroll in Auto Pay by selecting “Manage Payment Methods” to ensure your payments are made automatically each month.
Ignite Broadband will not offer Video/TV services, but we will be glad to help those who are ready to cut ties with your current cable TV providers to transition exclusively to streaming platforms and maximize your viewership value and experience.

Fiber internet speeds range from 100 mbps to multi gig. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical. Symmetrical speeds mean yourupload speed is the same as your download speed. For example, 500 Mbps down and 500 Mbps up—ideal for video calls, cloud backups, gaming, and content creation.

Simply put, broadband is access to high-speed internet. Broadband can be delivered over multiple technologies, including fiber, cable, and fixed wireless. The official Federal Communications Commission (FCC) definition of broadband is a minimum of 25 Mbps (megabits per second) download and 3 Mbps upload. Ignite Broadband & Dickson Electric will deliver broadband via a fiber optic network for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) services with symmetrical upload and download speeds of 500 Mbps, 1 Gig, and 2.5 Gigs.
