What is Levelized Billing? Levelized Billing makes your electric bills more predictable. Under Levelized Billing, each month is the rolling average of your electric usage for the most recent 12 months. For instance, this month's bill would be the average electric usage of the previous 11 months, plus this month. Your electric bill will never be the same, but Levelized Billing will guard against drastic changes. However, if you cancel your account or decide you no longer want Levelized Billing, your account will need to be reconciled. This means you may owe an ending balance. How much does it cost to participate? There are no extra sign up charges or extra fees for participating. How can I qualify for Levelized Billing? 1. You must be a Residential customer for at least 12 months at the same service address. 2.You must have a pay history of 5 or under. 3. Your account must start out with a zero balance. 4.
